Shining Beyond FAQ

Dear adventurers, first of all, we would like to thank all OBT players for your support and love throughout the 3 months. The Shining Beyond team has been listening to all your suggestions and made improvements and adjustments to the game thanks to our active player community.

Also, for those who have not been able to participate in the OBT, thank you all for waiting patiently for the official global launch. Your eagerness to play Shining Beyond is the force and power that keep us moving forward! We are happy to announce that the gates to the realm of Feldria is open for all to join! The global launch of Shining Beyond is finally within reach!

General

Q: When is the official release?
A: The official launch will be on Nov. 26th, 2020. (The exact time is subjected to changes, please stay tuned to our FB page and discord channel).

Q: What regions are available for the official release?
A: On the day of the official release, the game will be available in all regions except for Japan, Korea, Thailand, and Mainland China. Players in the above regions, please do not worry, all the regions are in our plan and we will release further information in the future.

Q: On which platform is this game available?
A: For the global launch, both the iOS and Android platforms will be available. You can download the game in the Google Playstore or Apple App Store.

Q: What languages are available in Shining Beyond?
A: The current languages available are English and Traditional Chinese. Other languages are currently planned and we will gradually add them to the game.

Q: Is my progress saved across devices and operating systems?
A: Yes, your in-game progress is saved across systems. If you want to change your device and at the same time keep your progress, please login with the same Email account or Facebook as you are able to sync your data from our server on another operating system.

Q: Where can I download Shining Beyond?
A: You can get the game from Google Play Store and Apple App Store and play this game with any device of the iOS or Android system.

Q: Do I need an internet connection to play Shining Beyond?
A: Yes, a stable internet connection is necessary to play Shining Beyond.

Q: What are the minimum device specifications to play Shining Beyond?
A: Shining Beyond is compatible with Android OS 5.0 and iOS 12.0 above with at least 2.0GB RAM available.

Q: What are the login options available?
A: You can log in with your Google Play account (for Android), Apple ID (for iOS), Facebook account, E-mail, and also as a Guest. Data is transferable between devices and OS as long as you use/log in using the same account. We suggest you bind your account (Facebook and/or Email) to avoid any data loss across devices.
