Thank you for your continuous support for Shining Beyond! We hope you enjoy our last events and features that we serve. We would like to remind all players of the following:

Players can still continue playing the game until September 29th, 2022. We will be shutting down the game servers on that day.

Please refer to our game closure schedule as follows:

July 7th, 2022 14.00
Closing of in-app purchases, and Shining Beyond game app is no longer available for download on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, however Shining Beyond game app will still be available to play if players still have the app on their device.

September 29th, 2022 14.00
Official closure of game and shutdown of servers

September 29th, 2022 14.00
Official announcement on Social Media pages and Customer Service closure

October 8, 2022 00.00
End of community management and customer service

Refund Notes:

The payments made for in-app purchases in Shining Beyond are handled solely by the app-hosting platforms (Google Play Store & Apple App Store). If you wish to get a refund, you can apply directly through the platform you used to make the payment(s). Refunds can be applied via the platform’s payments page. Please note that refund requests are subject to the refund policy of your respective platform and the platform’s customer service team, thank you.
